"Hola, me llamo Cookie.
Soy un perro pequeno...
Okay guys, let's stop that.
I always wanted to improve my English and after the visit of those two gringos, I should stick to my current flow. So I'll tell you a bit about my life in León before those tourists popped up in my hood and during. I'm living for a couple of months with Paty, my owner, she is a lovely, caring, but also active and ambitious woman, which loves photography, travel, and having a good time with her friends. I love my current home since the people have their house and I have the whole garden and the pool for myself - okay to be fair, I have to share it sometimes with the kids, but I enjoy playing soccer with them or other games. In addition, I feel really secure here in the neighborhood as well as outside, when one of the guards always protects me or Paty.
León is, in general, no touristy city, which is fine, but sometimes I'm also happy if I meet some, especially when Paty is inviting some people to our house. In the beginning, I'm always a bit distant, to figure out how they are like and if I accept them in my home. So first I was a bit cautious when this tall pale guy with his bandana came in (weird, I usually use those to sit on them and not to put them around my head) and the smaller girl with her southern English accent. But after Paty welcomed them so friendly and they gave me some back rubs and cuddles, they seemed to be fine. Still, they tried to take a photo without me, which I had to crash, well because of obvious reasons - I'm cute, they aren't.
Unfortunately, they went out for dinner without me afterwards but I had my own food which the staff prepared for me during the day and I even though don't like Japanese.
The next morning I was happy to see Timo already early when they prepared for their morning run. Even though Gus looked a bit sad, when I was cuddling with Timo all morning, I think he is still fine, since he is still my favorite friend of Paty.
After their run, I was excited to see all my favorites again and we enjoyed the sun in front of the house before Timo played with me and my cuddle toy in the garden. Think he enjoyed it a lot as well, and I guess he was really surprised when I showed him how I can walk over the water in the pool (not sure if he got the trick with the pool cover on top).
Even though he did not share his breakfast with me, I was happy to cuddle again, when he came back from his bike ride. Especially licking his face was a lot of fun, I guess for him as well, since he was laughing the whole time, at least the time I was not licking his mouth. Also, I had some serious work to do with Samantha, which should be mentioned here as well, since I thought her how to use Excel - think she is now pretty advanced.
Well, we had a blast. That's why it was even more sad when they left already after one day, but I hope our driver Carmona took good care of them, bringing them to their next stop.
Hope to see them again soon, but now I need to leave, find a tree and catch some birds, so...
Howdy (or whatever they say in Alabama),
Auf Wiedersehen and
Hasta luego, chicos.
xoxo, Cookie"
